Kailan consists of some stems and leaves. The stems are juicy, yet though and the leaves are delicate. Kailan can be made as a great dish by steaming or stir frying. Like most green leaves vegetables, Kailan should be cook well, so it can taste sweet and delicious.
It is very easy to cook this. This dish can be made under 15 minutes. Why don't we start cooking now? Here is the recipe.

How to:
Cut the Kailan. Separate the leaves and stems. Because the stems are harder, it will be cooked first than leaves. Wash Kailan under the tap water. Make sure all the dirt washed away. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cut and slice garlic thinly.
Turn on the stove into medium heat. Put some oil to the wok. After the oil is hot enough, put the sliced garlic into the wok. Stir until garlic turn to brownish and fragrance.
