To eat Beef Yakiniku, there should be delicious and tasty sauce to dip in.
Here I share my recipe how to make two different sauces that complete each other for the taste.
First Yakiniku Sauce
This sauce is rather thin.
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
How to:
- Peel and slice garlic. Crush it.
- Prepare frying pan or wok. Combine all the ingredients except sesame seeds.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat and stir it until all incorporated and boiling.
- Turn off the stove and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the sauce.
- Add sesame seed.
- Mix well.

Second Yakiniku Sauce
Unlike the first sauce, this sauce is rather thick.
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp miso
2 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Ginger- Crushed
How to:
- Peel and slice garlic. Crush it.
- Prepare frying pan or wok. Combine all the ingredients except sesame seeds.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat and stir it until all incorporated and boiling.
- Turn off the stove and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the sauce.
- Add sesame seed.
- Mix well.
